The R.E.D. Warrior Workout helps participants to ‘Quiet Your Mind’ and ‘Empower Your Body’. Students will enhance their ability to listen to their body and gain understanding of what works for them. Set to inspirational music, persons of All fitness levels will improve their cardio, strength and agility while strengthening the mind. The workout fuses the mental discipline of Martial Arts and Military Training and is taught in five-minute rounds followed by two minutes of active recovery. Be prepared to ‘Go Inside’ as this format is different than anything you have experiences.
